Linux desktop users should pick a package format by distribution: Debian / Ubuntu family use .deb, Fedora / openSUSE family use .rpm. Yes. When the page loads, it reads the latest version number and installer address for each client from a version manifest and swaps the download buttons to the current links. If the manifest request fails, the buttons fall back to the fixed addresses built into the page, so downloads still work, just possibly at a slightly older version. The version number shown on each card updates from the same source as the buttons.

If you prefer community-maintained open-source builds, choose Clash Verge Rev or FlClash — the two are similar in scope, differing mainly in interface and configuration-enhancement approach. arm64-v8a targets 64-bit processors and covers the vast majority of Android phones released in recent years, so pick it first; armeabi-v7a targets older 32-bit devices, with a smaller package but a lower performance ceiling. If you are unsure of your device's architecture, download the universal package, which is larger but compatible with every architecture. An "invalid package" error during install usually means an architecture mismatch.
